Join Blacksmiths, Rob Scully and Wayne Schmidt in an introductory workshop of blacksmithing. Try your hand at the heritage trade, and observe demonstrations of drawing, upsetting, squaring, rounding, riveting and barley twisting.

Bookings are essential, workshop cost includes tuition and materials. Places are limited, be quick to book!

What you need to know

  • Participants must be 16 years and over.
  • There are no prerequisites to attend.
  • Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Participants must declare any condition or injury that may impact their ability to successfully complete the workshop.
  • Bring bottled water and ensure you wear long sleeves, long pants and closed in shoes.
