How to make a gift in your Will

Making a Will ensures that everything you have worked hard for in your lifetime is passed on in accordance with your wishes. After making provisions for your family and other loved ones, you may want to consider a gift in your Will to the causes you care about.

The Queensland Museum Foundation (ABN 71 409 081 264) is a registered charity which raises essential funds to support conservation of the museum’s collections, scientific and cultural research, exhibitions and a wide range of educational activities.

A bequest to the Queensland Museum Foundation, whatever the size, will provide vital support to help the museum continue to preserve and share Queensland’s natural and cultural heritage.
When making or updating your Will, we strongly recommend you seek legal advice from a qualified solicitor to ensure your Will is legally valid and correctly reflects your wishes. Please note the information presented here is not legal advice.
