Jennifer High is the Senior Curator of Transport, Energy and Science based at Queensland Museum Rail Workshops in Ipswich. She has experience working across a variety of transport histories and has held roles at National Museum of Australia, Australian Stockman’s Hall of Fame and the Qantas Founders Museum in Longreach. Jennifer’s interest in museums was fostered during her time as a volunteer at Queensland Museum Cobb+Co in high school and then at Queensland Museum during her university studies.
Jennifer’s research focuses on the connections between people, places and things, seeking to understand and record the stories of objects across time and space.
