Dr Tom Bridge is a Senior Scientist and Curator of Corals at the Queensland Museum and a Senior Lecturer in the College of Science and Engineering at James Cook University.
His research is broadly focussed on spatial and temporal patterns in coral reef biodiversity. He is particularly interested in the taxonomy, systematics, biogeography and evolution of corals, and his current research focuses on revising the taxonomy and biogeography of the diverse and ecologically-important coral genus Acropora across the Indo-Pacific.
