World Science Festival Queensland returns to Toowoomba at Queensland Museum Cobb+Co from on 17 – 18 May 2024 bringing explosive science.
Showcasing science from the supermassive to minuscule, World Science Festival Queensland will engage visitors through activities, shows and stalls featuring the best of the region’s science and technology and some visiting spectacular cross-discipline science treats.

World Science Festival Queensland returns to Toowoomba on 17 - 18 May at Queensland Museum Cobb+Co. The Student Day kicks off the event and features a series of workshops with integratedSTEM Outback Roadshow, Army Drone Racing show, marine-inspired STEM stage show, Trailblazers in Transport Workshop and more.
Student Day registrations are free, with a morning and afternoon session available (two activities per session). Bookings are now open and we welcome all educators to book in for a half day or full day visit to World Science Festival Queensland.
